Sophie la Girafe Recipes : Lemon mousse

You’ll need :
  • 1 ripe lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g white cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream
Preparation Tips :
  1. Squeeze the lemon juice.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip them until stiff.
  3. Beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
  4. Incorporate white cheese, lemon juice, sour cream and egg whites in turn.
  5. Refrigerate for an hour.
It’s ready ! Serve with dry cakes.
